Pets (select properties)

  • Pets must be approved by management and will require a $200 to $500 pet deposit per pet.
  • A limit of two pets per household is allowed.
  • Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside and can never be left outside overnight.
  • Management reserves the right at any time to disallow a pet if we receive complaints from noise, odors, etc.
  • Any animal waste outside must be cleaned and disposed immediately or you may face a fine.

Payments

  • All rent payments must be paid online via Buildium.com
  • We do not accept checks, money orders or cash.
  • A late fee that is stated in your lease is automatically added after the 5th day of the month and must be paid in full. The system will not allow you to make partial payments.

Satellite Dishes

  • Satellite dishes must be placed on a pole in the ground.
  • They must never be attached to the structure, roof, deck, etc. 

Occupancy

  • You must notify any change of occupants immediately.
  • Anyone wanting to move in after the lease begins, must go thru the same approval process.
  • The lessee is ultimately responsible for any damages visitors or new occupants cause.

Locks

  • If you are locked out of your home or apartment, do not call the locksmith. We have special reinforced locks that the locksmith will damage beyond repair. We have people on call to unlock your door for a $60.00 charge.

Utilities

  • You must have the electric utilities placed in your name before the signing of the lease and before you take possession of the property

Vehicles

Picture
  • Any cars that do not have a current tag or has not been moved for more than 4 weeks shall be towed without notice.
